Relena finally evacuates to the hospital with the rest of the students at the kingdom. She sees her dream of total pacifism burning before her. Epyon remains untouchable by the enemy Mobile Dolls, but when Heero hears that the city is being attacked, he has a vision of Relena being killed, and begins a new attack. Dorothy urges Relena to ask for help, but Relena uses a different course, she sends a call to the world that states that she surrenders herself and her kingdom to Romefeller, Zechs feels betrayed, and takes Wing Zero in hopes of ending the battle before it is too late.
