The Sanc Kingdom has surrendered. As Relena is escorted out of the country, Noin decides their is only one course of action left. She asks Quatre to come with her back into outer space. Romefeller is victorious, but reports come in that one Mobile Suit continues to resist in the mountains, an un-registered Gundam. Heero, under influence of the Zero system, cannot be stopped. Seeing all Mobile Suits as enemies, he continues to fight with Epyon.
