Zechs sits alone in a bar. He sees no future for himself, and refuses to believe that peace can be attained as easy as eliminating all borders, as Relena has just done. He is approached by Kanz, the commander of the White Fang, who offers Zechs leadership of the Rebel group if he brings his Gundam into space as a symbol of Rebellion. Duke Dermail, thinking his influence would increase because of Queen Relena, instead finds his power disappearing, as Dorothy unites the Romefeller Foundation members with Relena.
