Zechs announces the completion of Libra and his resolve to the people of the colonies and Earth. Onboard Wing Zero, Wufei glimpses that the only way to achieve a future in which he will defeat Trieze and Zechs is to unite with the other four Gundam pilots, as Heero predicted that Zero would show him. Approaching the Libra is a single shuttle, owned by Romefeller. Aboard it, Dorothy Catalonia asks to board the Libra.
