Duo 'negotiates' with the OZ leaders, and frees the colony from OZ's demands, but Libra is still coming, and its main cannon is charging. The Gundam pilots believe he will make this Colony an example. Relena begs Milliardo to stop, but Heero and Wufei know what is going to happen. The beam fires, and misses the Colony. Instead, as Heero and Wufei predicted, it strikes the Earth.
